Absolutely Terrible Customer Service – Avoid HonduraHair.com!I placed an order with HonduraHair.com for two Hair Growth Oils on April 4th, and both arrived completely broken and spilled in the packaging. I immediately reached out to customer service and was asked to send photos of the damage—which I did the same day.On April 8th, they responded saying they were “waiting on logistics for an estimated delivery time.” Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times (April 15th and May 5th) and have been completely ignored. No refund, no replacement, no communication whatsoever.This level of disregard for paying customers is unacceptable. I’ve been patient and polite, and they’ve done nothing to resolve their mistake. They took my money and left me with a mess and silence.Do not trust this company. If something goes wrong with your order, you will be left in the dark. I will be reporting this to my bank and filing a claim for a refund. There are plenty of trustworthy small businesses out there—HonduraHair.com is not one of them.
