Review Time
I was looking for a new accountancy firm who could help me make the transition to "Make Tax Digital" and Honest Accounting were very quick to answer my questions and give me some good advice. I decided to make the switch and I'm glad I did - Jacob in particular has been very quick to answer (my many!) questions, and help me make the transition from Xero to FreeAgent. While there are still a few things that I'm getting to grips with, he's been very patient with all of my questions and offered solutions to help with some of the more complicated aspects of my business. They were quick to complete my tax return too, and the monthly payment option is really helpful when it comes to planning and budgeting too.
After putting my review on Trust Pilot I was contacted by Craig, who immediately apologised for what I had experienced and he also explained what had happened and why.After thinking things through live decided to stay with Honest accountants as I feel they will offer the support and advicevI need.
Honest Accounting have provided invaluable help to us and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We set up a small limited company recently and they have been incredibly helpful, doing all the work with Companies House for us in setting up the company, and spending a great deal of time explaining things to us (we've had no previous experience running a business). We recently had a complicated deadline and the guys at Honest Accounting stepped in and put a lot of effort at very short notice into ensuring we had all the paperwork we needed. Their helpfulness and professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile at very short notice, has saved us considerable stress and anxiety. Anyone starting a small business who is as clueless as we are needs to sign up with these guys because they will make your life massively less complicated.
I had real issues with my previous accountants not answerign basic questions or explaining any options to me. I felt rather adrift and totally ignored. I tried doing my accounting myself for a bit but that was just as tought but in a different way. After a search I found Honest Accounting and I have to say I am both relieved and chuffed. Their services are well explained, Tom has been supremely helpful and posiitve throughout the experience, and their pricing is transparent, which is not always the case. I feel as though I am in safe and helpful hands at last.
