Frustrating Experience with the Application Process

I completed the application process, had the property appraised, and submitted all financial information, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets along with bank statements. A month later, I received questions about my income. What was the point of providing the profit and loss statements and balance sheets if they didn't comprehend them? Very disappointing service; consider using your bank instead!
