I was initially impressed as the Honest Dog Broth arrived pretty quickly. I’m pretty sure I had only wanted to try it out for my dog by hitting ‘one purchase’ to then find another arrived the following month. I emailed to explain this but was told it was a monthly prescription. I then asked for a refund for the extra pack which they then gave me the address details to send it back. Sadly my dog refused to go near it. I sent the package back on the 5th January 2025 and awaited my refund. 30th January and still no refund or communication. I emailed to say that my refund hadn’t turned up in my account, to which I got a reply stating there was nothing on their system to say I was due a refund. Honest Dog asked for post office code which I gladly emailed back. They explained that the code I sent wasn’t working. They then asked for proof of purchase, which I had and cost nearly £5 to return. I got an email today to say I will get my refund. I know packages go missing but I had proof of purchase and with Honest Dog saying it wasn’t the correct code I gave them made me feel as if I wasn’t telling them the truth. Hopefully they will learn from this.
