Placed an order for 2 glasses on the 28th May after the website showed 12 in stock. Got an email on the 30th saying that there was only 1 in stock and did I want a refund.I requested a refund and never received a response. I emailed Dylan who had offered me the email and received nothing at all in response. I called within opening hours and got the answering machine saying that they were closed. When I eventually did get through I was told I would get my refund but never got a conformation email or any other tangible thing.Fast forward to the 6th June and I still hadn't heard anything :-/ I sent an email to their general site address threatening to escalate it to Mastercard if I wasn't refunded within 24 hours and within 2 hours a refund had been issued. Still not had any correspondence or any reply to my email.To me this says that they're ignoring their customers and holding onto money as they somehow managed to refund me very quickly once I threatened to get Mastercard involved. A simple reply from Dylan or anyone else in the team could have prevented this situation from happening.
