This platform is a disappointment. I had three sets of free spins that I couldn't access; every time I tried, it said 'it seems that you are not logged in,' even though I was. Their live chat is just a bot that offers no help. When I emailed them, they replied that they would look into it but never followed up. I sent several emails and was eventually told they were working on the issue. Unfortunately, I lost all my free spins. I deleted the app because I won't spend another penny on such a deceitful site.
