This platform is extremely frustrating. I had three sets of free spins that I couldn't use; every time I tried, it would say 'it seems that you are not logged in,' despite being logged in. Their live chat is just a bot that is unhelpful. When I emailed, they acknowledged the issue but never provided any updates. I reached out multiple times, and in the end, I was told they were addressing the problem. Ultimately, I lost all my free spins. I uninstalled the app, as I refuse to spend another cent on such a dishonest platform.
