It seems like a great platform at first but they charge $40 a month for a subscription fee. My medication I received was on a 3 month refill plan so I was paying $40 a month for nothing. I wasn’t having meetings with the Derm, I was just submitting pictures of my progress. That’s a $120 for nothing plus $30 for the actual medication. Every time I tried to cancel they would try way too hard to keep me and when they finally did let me cancel they charged me a cancellation fee which is not something they mentioned prior to signing up. Please do not give your money to a platform who only cares about financial gain instead of the wellbeing of their patients.
