Signed up specifically for Accutane treatment, was billed on January 18th, and shortly after was taken off Accutane due to mildly elevated labs without being given the option to repeat testing after rest. I explained that heavy training likely influenced the results and requested to continue, but was refused. Instead, they tried to switch me to basic topical treatments that I did not sign up for.I had not used the service and did not receive the treatment I paid for. This felt like a bait-and-switch and very impersonal care. Would not recommend if you are seeking real Accutane management
