My care coordination team has been great — I’m able to send messages whenever questions come up, and their hours of operation are very accommodating. On one occasion when I needed more immediate help, I was able to call in and speak with a coordinator who contacted my specific care coordinator to make sure my needs were addressed, which I really appreciated.The pricing is also very reasonable at $25 a month, and the fact that they work with insurance makes the treatment even more accessible. I like that I can submit photos each month and clearly track my progress over time. Another big benefit for me is the low-dose Accutane option. I’ve taken Accutane in the past at a higher dose, and it was very difficult on my body and stressful mentally because of the intense purging phase. This lower-dose approach has felt much more manageable.I’m still only a few months into treatment, but overall I’m very happy with Honeydew and the services they provide.
