If I could have given zero stars, I would have. As the other reviews have stated, this is a total scam. I came across this company on Instagram and the product sounded amazing - a medical grade honey-based cream that kills the bacteria associated with eczema, formulated by a British mother whose baby had been riddled with eczema etc etc. I couldn’t find an ingredients list on their website (I should have known something was off at this point butI think in really wanted to believe the product was legit because it sounded like exactly what my son needed) so I emailed them and they replied really quickly with the supposed product label, which sounded exemplary. I placed the order and then waited two weeks for the product to arrive. When I opened it, I was dismayed to discover that the ingredients list on the box was COMPLETELY different to the one they’d sent me. Just olive oil, a few other oils and waxes and preservatives. When I emailed them about this they just replied saying if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for the international postage to return it. How is this legal?!
