Poor quality control. I paid four times as much to get the original from Flow not the Chinese version. I had a lot of issues with poorly made wooden ware. The Flow frames sagged with the weight of honey and leaked on the brood box and queen. All the wires came loose. Queen excluder is made of the cheapest plastic similar to the eBay ones. Within a year it broke apart and am lucky it didn’t let the queen up laying in the flow frames. Very disappointed with this purchase and should have taken the advice of beekeepers more experienced at the bee club that all recommended against buying a Flow Hive. Their marketing is highly deceiving.
