I ordered the SCIONESS on 2/5 as a gift for my husband (FTM) to be something he could use after he recovered from his surgery, as sexual activity has been put on hold while he is going through some medical difficulties. He'd mentioned his excitement for this many times, and I thought it would be the perfect gift for after all the trouble he's gone through. It came in two colors, and I had it ordered in green to avoid that tacky pink look most sex toys give off (the color says "wine purple", but it was very much pink). When it showed it was shipping the purple variation, I contacted customer service, just to know if the green was unavailable, and that it would be no big deal if it was. They told me they would fix the color issue, and get me a new tracking number. Forward to 2/16, and I had received no further updates on the order, just stating the label was made, but never shipped. I asked them if there was an issue, and they stated to me the green color was out of stock, a question I had asked and said wouldn't be an issue, which they had insisted on fixing. They suggested to me a red color, which at this point didn't even matter anymore. I expressed my frustration with the communication, and they said they would ship out the product, and a gift as compensation. I held my breath until 2/23, still empty-handed with no updates a second time, and my husband's recovery date unfortunately extended. I asked them again what the issue might be, and express that this product is a gift, not a personal purchase. With no reply the following day, I requested to cancel my order as it states to on their website, wanting to just be done and find an alternative. They responded incredibly reactively, saying they would express-ship my purchase, now with TWO compensation gifts. I tell them fine, last chance. On 3/3, they ask me how my order was going. My order is not here! So I tell them that! They say FedEx messed up, but the tracking never went padded "Label Created". They finally get the product to me on 3/9, over a month after I made the purchase and sent out the email inquiry. Now, I can't say anything about the product, as the recovery date is in a few days. However, the compensation gifts were a pair of 2oz bottles of spray toy cleaners, which expire IN ONE MONTH. I intend to shoot another email to them, because this was a ridiculous way to get tossed around. I don't care how good my husband finds this toy, I will never order from them ever again and instead find him alternatives if he sees another product he may like from them.
