Consequently, an order was shipped to the old address and subsequently returned. While I received a refund and reordered the phone from an alternative website, this issue resulted in a less-than-optimal customer experience. The seller's responsiveness was commendable. The website's functionality, however, warrants a reduction of one star in the overall rating.
