I ordered my Christmas Sweater on November 29th and received an email saying that it shipped on December 3rd with a USPS tracking number and that USPS was awaiting the item from the shipper which made sense since the label was created that day. However when I check the tracking number again one week later, USPS still shows that they are awaiting the item from the shipper. Sent an email inquiring about the status of my order that ultimately bounced but somehow ended up getting an email that my order was completed with no update to the tracking number. Getting very concerned based on other reviews showing similar situations and am considering issuing a dispute if there isn't another update by next week as I was hoping to have this in time for Christmas and taking over two weeks to ship an item is pretty ridiculousUpdate 12/18/24I received my order at long last. Sadly was a bit disappointed in the quality of the christmas "sweater." It's not a sweater more so like a long sleeve graphic t-shirt as it is pretty thin. The quality is a bit questionable as well as you can tell it was printed on and not stitched in like other high quality sweater companies. Was excited for this sweater and was interested in buying more as they carry designs of some of my favorite franchises but will unlikely order from here again. Additional context, their support did reach out to me to provide an update which was appreciated but the response and updates to the tracking info did not align so I was in the dark as to where my package was until it arrived at my door
