I ordered privett hedge plants on 13 April. Had to rder more than I required because of 'minimum order'Very poor comms, no response to email; phone call on 4 May: after a very long wait, they said would send out in 1 more week. This would be 4 weeks from order to despatch. They said they had 'experienced' delays, and had 'experienced problems with email' as if it was someone else to blame, whereas in fact they caused the problem by poor service. I asked for a full refund, and at least the refund was done quickly.
