I ordered some hedging and on receiving a delivery notification, realised that I had inadvertently given my previous address for delivery. I phoned the nursery and although the hedges were already out for delivery, the lovely ladies went out of there way to help me. They made frequent calls and spent a lot of time contacting the couriers to try to rectify a problem that had been my error. Kind and courteous staff and happy customer as eventually my hedging plants arrived 3 weeks later, beautifully packaged and looking fresh and healthy. Their customer service went 'above and beyond' -thank you Sarah and all the staff who helped. I think your company and your products are brilliant. Sheila Hill
