Facebook has given me dozens of warnings and removed dozens of posts, comments and reels where I used HOPP. Facebook has warned me that HOPP can not be trusted as it features malicious coding and is collecting user data without permission. I immediately contacted WIX who own and promote HOPP. Thinking that there must be some miss-understanding that both WIX and/or HOPP would quickly be able to sort this out. That was over a week ago. WIX promised to get back to me within 48 hours. That did not happen. After 96 hours I again called wix and demanded action and to speak to a supervisor. WIX told me that was not possible and no supervisors were available to speak to me. I asked that they call me back. They have failed to do so. This is a critical issue for my business. 90% of my business and 100% of my reputation is based on Facebook pages and groups. If my groups and pages are shut down by Facebook this could force me out of business. The reputational harm caused by me using and trusting and HOPP and WIX is beyond calculation.
