Purchasing this item has been a huge waste of time, and the return process has been quite challenging. You must first email support and wait for a response, but the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. I've had to send multiple follow-up emails to get a reply, leaving me with only a few days to return it. To make matters worse, I have to cover the return shipping costs despite the misleading claims. I do not recommend this product.
