Worst customer service ever!!! I had put in a request to return 2 pairs of shoes which were separate orders. When the courier guy came for pickup, I clearly asked him if pickup was for 1 order or both and he said “both”. After a few days, I received the refund only for 1 order and not the second so I contacted them via email. A customer service agent called me and told me that I shouldn’t have handed over both parcels because the pickup was only for 1 order. On telling him that I had crosschecked with the pickup guy before giving him the parcel, he started arguing with me that I should’ve checked his details! They never refunded my money because they couldn’t track the parcel. In fact they even told me that if I want the refund, I should contact the courier company and investigate myself!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen! They shouldn’t be allowed to run business and should be shut down!!!
