I like their products, but their customer service is so poor. I updated my shipping address in the website and confirmed my order, but the order receipt still showed my old shipping address. Emailed within 1 minute of confirming my order that the shipping address was wrong, but was told it was too late? Couldn’t refund, cancel or change anything about the order. Zero customer service, and undoubtedly, I will not be receiving my supplements.
