I'm in a very difficult situation and the reception refuses to provide any understanding and help. I don't like to make bad reviews. But here we are. First of all, the GPs herselfs are amazing and very helpful. This review goes to the reception who isn't able at all to help me out in a situation were I need support. I'm trying to get through the line from 9 am with being number 65 in the que in the morning. After a long waiting time they are not giving me any appointment, even when I told them days before that I need to talk to the GP. In my circumstances I'm not able to work and walk long distances and they still don't understand that I'm not able to do that in my condition. They receive emails from my surgeon who tells them clearly what's going on and they still don't provide the help I need. I'm very frustrated and don't know what to do.
