I'm in a very difficult situation and the reception refuses to provide any understanding and help. I don't like to make bad reviews. But here we are. First of all, the GPs herselfs are amazing and very helpful. This review goes to the reception who isn't able at all to help me out in a situation were I need support. I'm trying to get through the line from 9 am with being number 65 in the que in the morning. After a long waiting time they are not giving me any appointment, even when I told them days before that I need to talk to the GP. In my circumstances I'm not able to work and walk long distances and they still don't understand that I'm not able to do that in my condition. They receive emails from my surgeon who tells them clearly what's going on and they still don't provide the help I need. I'm very frustrated and don't know what to do.
I am not happy with our experience. After describing in detail my daughter’s symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea and high fever) and how poorly she’s been over the last 2 weeks, the dr Sakir Ahmed asked me why we came to see him and what I wanted from him. This is ridiculous. He looked annoyed, didn’t answer my questions properly, I felt like I needed to push him to run a test to see what the issue wa, as otherwise he just didn’t care
Dr Ahmed was very atentioce polite very clear observing me . He took my health issue very serious by referring me to the hospital. Also booked a scan for me a hear and nose appointment with was the I did end up finding that I have a serious problem with sinus. Iam undergoing a follow up consultation with homerton hospital. Having appointment with Dr Ahmed is very calming and assuring that he realy have lots of knowledge about his work and the fild.
