Ordered two toilets. Shipping was quick and everything was well packed. Had a problem on both toilets that the seat hinges/screws fell apart because they were not tightened well in the factory. Sent an email to their "support@..." address and the email could not be delivered. Then reached out via their website and got the run-around "send me a video", "what's your address", "did you look at this unrelated video" - a complete waste of time and a nice show them not being anything different than the usual Chinese support BS. I ended up ordering replacements from Amazon instead of getting them under warranty.Besides that, toilets are of good quality with cheap plastic seats...
