I won $399 on this app and submitted a redemption request. However, the company has been holding my payout for nearly two weeks.
They claim there was an issue with a separate deposit that did not clear through my bank. The deposit they are referencing occurred after the winnings in question. I explained the situation to support multiple times and even offered a simple solution: deduct the amount they say is owed directly from my $399 winnings and send the remaining balance.
Unfortunately, they have refused to do that and instead insist that I send additional money before releasing my payout, even though they are currently holding my winnings.
I am willing to resolve the situation in good faith and pay any legitimate balance that did not clear, but it makes no sense to require additional payment while my winnings are still being withheld.
At this point I am still waiting for the $399 payout I won on the platform. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
For transparency, I am also submitting a complaint with the appropriate state regulators since the platform operates under HHR gaming laws.
Until this is resolved, I would advise others to be cautious.
