My IP address was banned while I was trying to log in. I decided to seek some technical support on the live chat, and I was directed to Joab K. Unfortunately, Joab K is a lousy agent who couldn't reply my messages on time, took him 4-5 minutes intervals to reply any response from me, and next thing, he just "vanished". Thankfully, I was reassigned to Ashish K who helped troubleshoot my issue.
