This class was very helpful with showing me what I needed to do, how I needed to do it, who I needed to call in my local area to get permits, risk analysis for opening an STR in your target area, spreadsheets and resources for running financial calculations, and everything else I needed to get started in the short term rental industry and how to make sure it’s profitable.
