You have to depend on their instructions, and despite spending a lot to call them, they just repeated the same confusing directions for a new door code. I paid for a call to get a code, but the representative kept repeating the same information. On the last day, someone reached out to offer assistance after much confusion. The stay was at a kind of BnB, but the only supplies provided were garbage bags and two laundry pods—no dishwasher tabs or any basic condiments. The atmosphere felt cheap and unwelcoming. Additionally, the bathtub didn't hold water properly. Otherwise, the location was nice.
