Hostek recently bought Pickaweb, since they have taken over the support is absolutely terrible. I submitted an email support and never heard anything, after 12 hrs I still never heard from them so went onto their chat support ( this is also the worst I have ever experienced) their server ip`s are also blacklisted for spam and I am unable to send emails to certain companies as it comes back as my ip address being blacklisted.I was also on their chat support to William, I could see he had seen my message but didn`t bother to answer, even after 5hrs and me asking multiple times he still ignored me. I had to use another browser and then spoke to someone else who still didn`t have a clue but at least he answered me.The bottom line is:1. If you are looking for a host with blacklisted IP addresses2. Worst support in the industry3.
