Overall, we are very satisfied with this management platform. The information is clear, the design is simple, and the workflow is generally intuitive. One of the best new features is the Host GPT, which adds real value and makes daily operations easier.
That said, there are a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. On mobile, tasks could be more visible in the calendar view. The current UI can be hard to navigate at times and occasionally feels laggy. When adding photos, the upload does not always register properly, which can be frustrating.
Regarding Host GPT, it would be amazing if there were more customization options. For example, being able to set a formal message style with proper spacing and an automatic closing such as “Best regards” would be extremely useful for automated tasks.
Another important improvement would be task scheduling flexibility. Currently, tasks can only be set for check-in day, check-out day, or before check-in. It would be very helpful to allow tasks to be created during the guest’s stay, for example for collecting city tax or handling mid-stay duties.
Overall, it’s a strong platform with great potential, and with these refinements, it could become even better.
