I have been very satisfied with Hostex so far. The system has made managing my property much more efficient, especially with channel synchronization and daily operations. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever issues arise, and they follow up properly until things are resolved.
One suggestion for improvement would be to add more features to the mobile version. For example, monthly reports are currently only available on the web version. It would be very convenient if more reporting and analytics functions could be accessed directly from the mobile app.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would recommend it to other hosts.
