I want to share my genuine experience with the service, backed by documented ticket records. The cancellation was finalized in December 2025. A refund of INR 512 was confirmed by the support team. I was repeatedly given timelines like “4 days”, “7 working days”, and “45 days”. Even after over 6 months, the refund had not been processed. Later, the support team stated: A gateway refund was not possible due to the elapsed time. A manual refund would require an additional 20–30 days. They requested $1 for each support reply, which I found highly unethical. Instead of resolving the refund issue, they threatened legal action if reviews were not taken down. All communications are documented in their ticket system, revealing misleading promises, unjustified delays, and pressure tactics rather than genuine customer support. I am sharing this review solely to present the facts and caution others.
