This is the worst app I have ever used to run my business.
I have a paid account, and now I am suddenly locked out. When I try to recover my account, your system tells me that there is no account linked to my email address. That is simply false.
I have clear proof in my inbox from that exact same email address, including emails from Hostinger confirming my account registration, successful payment, and email verification. So your system is either broken or completely unreliable.
Despite having paid and having all the evidence, I am now locked out of my account with no way to get back in. Password reset does not work, because I receive no email at all. At the same time, your system denies that my email even exists in your database. This is unacceptable.
On top of that, when trying to get help, you are only directed to an AI chatbot that is completely unhelpful and does not understand the issue or provide any real solution. There is no proper support available to resolve a serious problem like this.
From my perspective, this feels like I have paid for a service that you are now refusing to provide access to. That is not just bad service, it is completely unacceptable for a paid platform.
IF you guys dont fix this i want a chargeback.
