I always try my best to stick with Irish businesses but sadly this one was of poor use to me. Very simple reasons. When I ran into issues that needed resolving, there was no customer support on weekends for non-priority, ordinary people like myself. Secondly, also to my shock, there was no 24/7 customer support. If those two existed, I wouldn't have minded as much paying their more (already) pricy charges for available packages.How a hosting company decides to go home on the weekend, leaving many people in trouble for two days, is mindboggling! How a hosting company decides not to operate a 24-hour help service, is also shocking in these days of many hackers and spammers operating! I would LOVE to go with this company, but they haven't got what's more needed every day, all week, the basic of help services available. Hackers don't take weekends off. HostingIreland sadly does - so the vast majority of ordinary users are totally screwed for two days before they can even get a reply for urgent help needed. That's no way to run any business, especially an internet related one.
