My Guest Brave was just a nightmare to have in my house. I kept the room for Patrick who was to arrive on the 1st sent me a message to say he would arrive on the Saturday. To receive a email from you to say that he was checking out on the 3rd. He never arrived. I was very enoyed. The issue I have is no contact number. Otherwise I have had many good experiences. Ruth
