Absolutely horrendous platform. Do not book with them, they take an unreasonably large service fee from you and no matter what they say in their policies, it is never refundable. I had a host confirm my booking and then cancel my booking, so I requested a refund of my service fee of €768 but Hosting Power refuse to refund me. My booking is for May 2026, we're currently in February. I haven't breached any terms or conditions, haven't even moved into this accommodation. The host cancels and then Hosting Power are saying it's my fault. This platform is a scam!
