My experience with Hostnin has been extremely disappointing.
The service quality is poor, the features are insufficient, and the loading speed is very slow. It also takes an unreasonable amount of time to activate hosting services. This is by far the worst hosting service I have ever used. I am completely dissatisfied and will not continue using it.
They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, when I requested a refund within just two days, instead of returning the money to my bank account, they credited it to the "Hostnin Wallet" account. Told me that I would not get a refund of the original payment, but could only use the balance to purchase another package.
Unfortunately, none of your packages meet my expectations. The service quality and user interface across all plans are extremely poor. Forcing customers to use wallet credit instead of actual cash back is unfair and criminal.
If you truly want to build trust, please focus on improving your services and honoring your refund policies properly rather than making customers feel trapped.
