I was disappointed with my experience at Hot Doors. While Barry and Scott were very friendly over the phone, it was clear there was little genuine interest in understanding or engaging with our specific requirements. We were looking to ensure a new kitchen would match our existing one, but it felt as though the focus was more on making a quick sale rather than ensuring the end product worked correctly. We were extending our existing kitchen and provided Hot Doors with clear details of our requirements and the existing dimensions. Despite this, we repeatedly received quotes that were completely inaccurate. Each time I pointed out the errors, it took an unreasonably long time for them to respond, causing months of unnecessary delay to our project. Eventually, they did confirm that the proposed kitchen would align with our existing one, and we proceeded with an order worth thousands of pounds.Not only did the dimensions not work with the existing ones but we had multiple incorrect items sent and were overcharged for multiple hinges which were not needed.
