Dont trust hotel.com i booked my hotel in this stupid site and when i tried to check in to the hotel that i chose the front desk told me that i dont have a reservation i showed the copy of my booking reservation from hotel.com and they didnt honor it they said i should contact this company (hotel.com) i tried to contact them and for some reason it didnt go through it keeps on saying office hours blah blah. The receptionist told me im not the only guest who had an issue with the hotel.com. I ended finding another hotel as they cannot accomodate me. Very disappointing and stupid to trust this site!! Never trust this website and this company!!!!
