It was convenient to use a company that was able to book the complete package. Felt there was a small lack of follow up information, heard nothing until a few days before the trip. However, hotel was good, easy access to venue (via tube, and walk), our venue was the Royal Albert Hall, never been before, had no idea of layout, no idea that there are at least 12 doors for specific entry, staff did sort everything out, but it gave them extra work.
