Very responsive, efficient and quick. It was a pleasure being a customer of Hotel Xperts as the team helped us out a lot. The hotel I originally booked, had construction going on, which I was not aware of. Once Hotel Xperts became aware of the construction works, they notified me. They helped source me a new place to stay for my holidays and even gave an upgrade to what I initially wanted. We are not sure how the construction works at our original hotel would’ve affected our stay, but what me and my family do know is that the new hotel we went to, we thoroughly enjoyed.I definitely intend to come back to Brother Walid / Hotel Xperts for my future excursions / holidays and will recommend them to anyone wanting an easy process when it comes to holiday bookings.
