After my dad passed away I contacted House Buyers Bureau and spoke to Susanne, she went through the whole process and explained it would be around 20%less than market value. I contacted Susanne again to ask for an offer, the offer they came back with wasn’t as good as I expected but it had been sat in the market with no interest and I wanted it gone.We accepted the offer and I was passed onto Kerrie who would help us through the process. On having the survey done unfortunately my dad had had the insulting foam in the loft. The offer was reduced at a fair price to costs of removal and repair any damage. We completed on Friday and could not fault the service we received.I would recommend to use if you are wanting to get rid of a property quickly but don’t go in expecting market value you will be disappointed, all the legal fees were covered and it was pretty much stress free.
