Signed up and bought 3 cleans in advance. First clean was organised so that my house could be clean for my wife and daughter who were arriving back from a funeral. Was told the cleaner would arrive between 9-12am. No sign. Said she was late and would be there at 1pm. Still no sign. Spoke to help desk and they said they'd only refund me £5 and said the cleaner would arrive at 1:30pm. Never turned up and my wife returned and first thing she said was "couldn't you have got the house cleaned?"I waited around for 5hrs. Totally ruined my day and will make sure to advise everyone against the company.
