Their driver hit our parked vehicle on the street and caused visible damage. Initially, the company agreed to settle the matter, but they later backtracked, suggesting it might not have been their driver—even though the timing of their arrival aligned with evidence from my vehicle. They also tried to shift responsibility to the driver personally, rather than accepting company liability.To make matters worse, they promised to come back to me with a proposal to resolve the issue, but never followed up.The move itself was poorly managed. It wasn't smooth, and they had to return the following day to deliver an item they had forgotten.I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
