I was really disappointed with the service I received. The movers arrived 10 minutes late for my scheduled 2-hour slot and then stopped working exactly on time, despite the delay. One of the team members apparently felt unwell and couldn’t continue, but I was only told this after asking — no one from the company informed me in advance or offered an alternative.As a result, I was left to carry most of the boxes to the 4th floor myself. On top of this, one of the furniture was damaged during the move.Overall, the lack of communication and support was really unprofessional. I expected better.
