The publishing process was extremely poor, with book formats inconsistent and disorganised. My book even had a blank page in the middle, and the spine was printed upside down. Ultimately, I had to correct and publish the work myself. Despite this, I paid them to handle marketing, but once they received the money, they showed no interest in fulfilling their commitments. I contacted them repeatedly, yet they failed to deliver the agreed scope and consistently refused my requests for meetings. This is the first, and hopefully last time I leave a negative review, but I feel it is important to warn others.
