During my experience, they violated several consumer rights, yet they did not acknowledge this. It’s incredibly disappointing for a brand that positions itself as 'luxury' and well-known. Their customer service is frustrating; it feels automated, and it seems they don’t care or properly read your messages. Additionally, the sizing charts are inaccurate—both of my previous orders were incorrectly sized, despite clear instructions not to size up. Furthermore, their website lacks transparency and does not provide the necessary information for customers to make informed decisions. Overall, my experience with the company has been unethical, inconsiderate, and extremely challenging.
