Frustrating Customer Support There is clear evidence of defects, yet the customer support insists it's due to my choice of size. They have received the returned item but refuse to process a refund or return the item. Their constant excuse is that I didn't inquire about the size, even though I explained that I had tried it on in-store. This has nothing to do with sizing! I am now forced to escalate the issue with my bank to recover my funds!
