Worst customer service experience Ive had as an in store shopper in my entire life. They force you to try on dresses only in the floor where items are located (its a 3 story building) so I tried on 2 dresses on the top floor and wanted to try on a couple more dresses that were located on 2nd and 1st floors. Staff told me they would hold on to the 2 dresses I had chosen to buy from the 3rd floor so once I was ready to pay for all my shopping they would bring the dresses down to the payment desk -as any logical and customer centric store/brand would do, of course. It was 20:30 when I was ready to pay for all my shopping (store closes at 21:00hs) and when I head to the third floor to get my two dresses a security guy stops me from going up the stairs saying the floor was closed. I then ask for him to call staff to bring my dresses down so I could pay for them. Someone comes down from the third floor (without my dresses) saying they didnt know anything about my dresses and that I could come another day to get them. What on earth is going on!? At this point trying to reason or have any logical conversation with this person was a waste of time. Zero customer service and total lack of understanding on how to run a business!! Instead of getting customers to buy more they did the opposite as I decided to leave all the items I had picked from the other floors and buy nothing. If I was the owner of this brand I would seriously train staff to treat customers properly providing an end to end smooth customer experience. Instead it was like going to a circus where chaos and lack of coherence prevailed. Please avoid this store and read the other reviews (which I should have done before deciding to step in a foot on that store for what was a horrific customer experience).
