I purchased three identical dresses from this company in December. I returned the two dresses that did not fit and kept the single dress that did fit, which I paid for.

The returned items were received and accepted by the company, and my account was updated to show that a refund had been issued. However, no refund has been received in my bank account, and the outstanding amount owed to me is £228.

I have emailed the company repeatedly since December. Each time, I receive only an automated message stating that replies are provided within 48 hours. No actual response has ever been received.

Attempts to contact the company by telephone are unsuccessful, a message states any on line enquiries need to be emailed!
Ignoring this I continued to call but this always goes directly to a voicemail message stating that their inbox is full and try social media.

Contact via social media leads only to automated or AI-generated responses that do not address the substance of my messages or my refund request.

As of today, the company retains both the returned dresses AND my money, despite acknowledging receipt of the returns and marking the refund as processed.

This is nothing short of theft and they need reporting to trading standards.
